About MindSkills Techniques
What Are MindSkills Techniques?
These short carefully crafted techniques are about ‘HOW’ to run your business brain to get
better results, learn skills faster and make lasting life changes. Based on accelerated learning,
applied behavioural modelling research (NLP) and advances in management psychology.
These next (3G)
generation techniques stretch from ‘remedial’ (past) to ‘mindful’ (now)
to ‘generative’ (future). They are a unique and skillfully designed and regular series
of tightly-focused, high-impact mind/body strategies designed to boost personal effectiveness and take
your capabilities, skills and traits to the next level.

Practical Theory
MindSkills Techniques are not an exercise, task or drill in the ‘conventional’ sense.
Each Technique is technically called a ‘protocol’. It is structured by carefully stacking,
layering and sequencing carefully chosen words and syntax that informs the mind/body what it wants
it to do. This is explained and analysed in some detail in the practical theory section. When
followed methodically the procedure is designed to reshape thinking, beliefs and action by
reconfiguring neurological pathways to get more effective results, improve performance and
change behaviour.
Protocols are the new exercises. Why? Because they are
practical solution-orientated, ‘how to’ blueprints
that will change beliefs, values and crucially behaviour. Not to
be confused with overly simplistic ‘what to do’ exercises? The neuro-linguistics are
arranged to directionalise and align with a persons multi-sensory thought processes of seeing,
hearing and feeling in accessing past memories or creating the future in their imagination.
