Licences

Licences are available to organisations for all 70+ MindSkills Workouts topics. We would expect you to get a return on your investment many times over. Together with delivering significant productivity improvements and a sustainable competitive edge.

Annual Corporate licence

Entitles an organisation the right to present a specific Workout by accredited MindSkills Master Coaches for an unlimited number of times during the period of the licence.

For each single Workout topic the annual licence fee is:

• Year 1 - POA (£/€/US$)
• Year 2 - POA (£/€/US$)
• Year 3 - POA (£/€/US$)
• Subsequent years – POA (£/€/US$)

Plus coach Academy skills-transfer training in-company of POA (£/€/US$), plus POA (£/€/US$) certification fee/coach.

For every 10 Workouts presented a Workout Pack costs: POA (£/€/US$) that contains all the materials to run 10 Workouts. This will include the latest releases of:

1. Presenter/Master Coach presentation pack
2. Delegate worksheet/handouts
3. Feedback impact forms
4. On-line licence tracking facility
5. Event tracking
6. Impact feedback analysis/statistics
7. New releases/updates as they become available
8. Some workouts use physical items (eg. cards, balls, video’s, measuring instruments, etc.) and these will be included where relevant

Geography: can be presented at any organisation location anywhere in the world by an accredited internal Master Coach/es

Coach training attendance

Internal Group Coach: Accredited coach training takes 5 days and is available with two options:

1. For a very small number (eg. 1 to 3) probably most economical to attend a scheduled Academy training event
2. For larger numbers of coaches (between 4 and 10/Academy) are trained in-company

Fee: POA (£/€/US$)/Coach. Plus accreditation certification fee of: POA (£/€/US$)/coach.

Taxes: all fees are subject to local taxes. In the UK this is plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

Discounts: are negotiable based on the number of different Workouts licenced.

Intellectual property rights

All Intellectual property rights and all rights related to the brand and Workout materials shall remain with David Norman/MindSkills/Leadership DynamiX
