Measurement
We treat measurement and feedback very seriously. We have a strong interest in ascertaining the performance
improvement, learning acquired, skills development and behaviour change achieved, during the Workout itself and
in the follow-up afterwards.
In our experience, and somewhat uniquely, whatever level of change is accomplished during the 90 minutes can be
expected to be applied to the workplace immediately. For example a person moving from a self-score, out of 10, of
3/4 to 6/7 in a workout would immediately be able to perform at the higher level!
It is not necessary to discuss typical problems, compile an action plan or agree a follow-up schedule. Because
of the advanced methods used, the process itself incorporates the solution, action plan and follow-up, are set-up
to be activated automatically and this is embedded during the Workout itself. Furthermore, this can be expected to
be largely sustained over time.
